Return Policy (All Sales Final)

At Beonixe, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products, including but not limited to:

  • Food and consumable products

  • Perishable goods

  • Sale items

  • Promotional items

  • Gift cards

Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than damage or error on our part (see below).


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Support@beonixe.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If the issue is verified, we will make it right by issuing a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All Beonixe products are considered non-returnable due to food safety and quality control standards. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Honey products

  • Performance nutrition products

  • Any opened or unopened consumables
